I just wanted to pen a few words of thanks for all your assistance and help, so here it is.

Knowing nothing about DIY let alone UPVC doors, I found myself being pressured by the wife to organise a cat flap for our 2 new additions to the family. Our existing door wasn't suitable and so i had to look at alternatives. After finding DNK services online i consulted with them via email and over the phone on several occasions. What can i say, Dave was exceptionally quick in responding, very friendly and helpful on the phone and the end result, a good quality door panel ordered and delivered. Knowing nothing about double glazing or door panels, I was hesitant to order a replacement for our front door. I emailed DNK on a Bank Holiday monday and was amazed to get a response a few minutes later. Dave was a great help and source of information, and never once made me feel like an idiot.
